Arts Orange County held its 19th Annual OC Arts Awards to honor its arts stars and present some talented performing artists. Prior to the awards presentation for 250 guests at Samueli Theater at Segerstrom Center, dinner was held for honorees, sponsors and special guests at Leatherby’s Café Rouge.
